Burros de Vacaciones
The pony can go places no four wheeled vehicle can in the Tramuntana mountains around Soller in Majorca and can often be seen pulling old trees through the terraces especially when the Olives are being pollard.
Unlike the sheep and chickens they stop and stare straight at you not moving and inch. They come mainly in a shaggy brown coat but can be all colours and are most content grazing in the Olive terraces.
The hardest part of this composition was the Olive trees which create monstrous forms over hundreds of years and then produce thousands of small leaves of silver, grey, olive green which change colour in the sun.
