Updating Paintings 1

When I was in Soller this last month I could get some Gesso, so i took a long hard look at some paintings with a view to improving them. This was the first i had to change and here we have the original. Its strange you think you have finnished then you stand back and see bits your not 100% happy with or you think need something more.

So i updated 4 paintings and i will explain why.

The first was a Solleric dancing scene left. I didn't think there was any atmosphere and it was both sterile and lacked grounding in a place.

Below is the change which introduces some more people sunshades and our famous green shutters which are very much Soller. Yes i also changed the dress. I think it works better now.
