The Ladies on the HaHa

Just finished my latest painting which is of a wonderful picnic and drinks on the Lawn in Bath a couple of weeks ago. Yes i am in the painting talking to Caroline, whilst Annie enjoys the conversations and all enjoy each others company. .

It was a great day and the sun shone and as it started to go behind the Crescent buildings the shadow cast themselves across the party and the lawn. Thanks Sue for making it happen and Ms Tunstall for the inspiration.

I wish i was Sorolla and could capture the many images and tricks of the lights as it lands on all but for now i'll keep trying!!
